New Members In Carroll County, youth as young as 6th grade are engaging in Underage and Binge Drinking as indicated by the Illinois Youth Survey 2006. If you would like to be part of the effort to reduce these behaviors, the EUDL committee and CCSEC are always looking for and welcoming new members.
